You’ll work directly with the founding team on the highest‑priority problems across Alaro - an AI‑native law firm built to deliver clear, timely legal judgment faster. This is a full‑time generalist role for someone who wants a front‑row seat to building a firm and a product at the same time: improving how we deliver matters, helping us grow with the right clients, and building the internal systems and AI-enabled workflows that let a small team perform like a much larger one.

This role is high‑ownership and high‑trust. You’ll take messy, ambiguous problems (often with incomplete information), turn them into a plan, and drive execution—working with lawyers and engineers where needed. It will be intense, occasionally unglamorous, and deeply rewarding. If you want to build a company (or build a firm) one day, this is the role you take.

What you’ll do

Client & matter operations: Build and run the systems that keep delivery fast and high-quality (intake, scoping, timelines, playbooks, knowledge capture, post-matter retrospectives).
Growth & partnerships: Support founders on client conversations, proposals, follow-ups, events and strategic partnerships; synthesize learnings and keep key workstreams moving to close.
Product & AI workflows: Work with lawyers and engineers to translate real matter pain points into product requirements, test workflows, and roll out improvements that compound our speed and quality.
People & recruiting: Help build a world-class team (legal + engineering): sourcing, coordination, interview loops, candidate experience, onboarding, and internal operating cadence.
Company operations: Own whatever the company needs to keep moving fast (tools, vendor management, compliance/admin, finance ops, offsites, and internal workflows) with strong judgment and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a high-agency operator with excellent judgment who wants a front-row seat to building an AI-native law firm. You’ll be comfortable switching between strategy and execution, and you’ll take pride in making the team faster, clearer, and more effective.

This role is based in our London office and you’ll work in person with the founder.
