About the role:

Reporting to Alberto Farronato, the Growth Marketing Manager will design, execute, and optimize growth programs across channels to generate awareness, create pipeline, and increase engagement with our target accounts. You’ll partner tightly with Sales/RevOps to align on ICPs, account lists, and enterprise motions, and use tools like Clay to power precise, scalable outreach.

What you'll do:

  • Own lifecycle email across the funnel (onboarding → activation → expansion → win-back), with clear goals for activation %, MQL→SQL, SQO rate, and CAC payback

  • Develop and implement a data-driven growth strategy to drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline for our enterprise GTM

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns across PPC, SEO/SEM, email, social, and display; ship weekly experiment sprints (A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email)

  • Leverage Clay (and enrichment/intent sources) to build persona- and account-specific lists, automate outreach workflows, and partner with Sales on sequences that convert to MQAs/SQOs

  • Oversee paid media on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels; test creative, audiences, and offers to improve CPL, CVR, and pipeline velocity

  • Collaborate with content/design to create high-impact assets (landing pages, blogs, guides) mapped to the buyer journey; ensure strong onsite SEO and conversion UX

  • Align with Sales on enterprise GTM: ICP tiers, target account lists, field/partner hooks, and region-specific campaigns; support executive programs and ABM plays

  • Instrument and report rigorously: maintain UTM discipline, connect offline conversions, and deliver pipeline impact dashboards (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue) in HubSpot/Salesforce

  • Monitor website performance and organic growth (technical SEO, keywords, content quality); continually optimize for speed and conversion

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders; recommend actions to scale what works and sunset what doesn’t

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in digital/growth marketing in B2B/technology, with hands-on ownership of email/lifecycle and paid channels

  • Proven experience with Clay (or similar enrichment/automation tools) to build targeted lists and automate outreach at scale

  • Fluency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot/Salesforce, and SEO platforms; disciplined approach to attribution and data hygiene

  • Strong experiment design skills (A/B testing, hypothesis setting, sample sizing, lift analysis) and spreadsheet modeling; basic SQL a plus

  • Experience partnering with Sales on enterprise motions (ABM, exec programs, field/partner campaigns) with clear pipeline/SQO targets

  • Excellent project management, copy/creative sense, and attention to detail; ability to move fast while maintaining quality

  • Passion for technology and a genuine interest in AI and security
