With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
Technical Skills:
- Drive: Proactively identifies, tests and scales new growth opportunities, leveraging emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
- Build: Develops and implements robust marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Lead: Leads the development and execution of the overall growth marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage: Manages complex marketing funnels, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve conversion rates.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate: Works cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and integrated marketing efforts.
- Deliver: Consistently delivers on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes directly to the company's revenue growth.
Communication and Influence:
- Listen: Actively listens to market feedback, customer insights, and team input to refine marketing strategies.
- Contribute: Contributes thought leadership and insights to the broader organization on market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth or demand generation
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant customer acquisition and revenue growth in a B2B crypto, fintech, or other complex/regulated industries.
- Strong leadership experience, including direct management of marketing teams.
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools, SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
