About The Role:

Our founding Partnerships hire will build our partnerships and business development strategy. You will work directly with our CEO to partner with the largest gambling and gaming operators, major professional leagues, and national sports teams. In this role, you will help Birches expand our initial partnerships offering, iterate on go-to-market, and build the B2B playbook that allows us to scale to millions of dollars in revenue.
You will bring new business to Birches Health
Deeply understand how Birches Health works with our partners, and continuously iterate on how we present our offering through quick feedback loops
Identify new channels that generate referrals, expand our presence, and exponentially increase top-line revenue
Own an end to end partnerships process: build relationships with potential prospects, organize and give pitches, and close partnerships to ultimately win new business

Who You Are:

3+ years of Business Development, Sales, New Business, or GTM experience
Demonstrated drive to execute with speed and efficiency
Experience closing and managing enterprise deals, ideally related to gambling, gaming, sports, or technology
Strong negotiation skills with an emphasis on driving partner value
Experience at early stage, high growth companies
Experience in industries with complex regulatory and compliance frameworks
