About The Role:
You will Revenue for Birches Health, the fastest growing gambling addiction company in the US. This is a high ownership opportunity to directly establish a team and work closely with leadership to set the direction of our overall scale. The ideal candidate iterates in quick feedback loops, consistently optimizing each scalable and unscalable channel to hit revenue goals.
Own revenue targets in the daily, weekly, and quarterly timelines ensuring supply and demand scale simultaneously
Identify key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights and good business sense
Lead strategic and operational projects to tackle most challenging problems across the organization
Design and implement successful systems across Birches Health with a focus on making sure we hit revenue goals
Work closely with our Founder, Operations, Growth, and Tech teams to ensure Birches Health is offering the highest quality patient experience, realizing our mission of increasing access to problem gambling care
Who You Are:
4+ years direct experience at a high-growth startup
Have experience owning revenue targets in a hyper-growth, early stage startup environment
Have a data and results-focused mentality across dynamic environments
Comfortable scoping and tackling ambiguous problems and executing on solutions
Bonus points for experience in healthcare, health tech, or startups
All roles are in office, 5+ days a week, in New York City.
