We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of our network infrastructure, providing hardware and softwaresupport, and assistingemployees with technology-relatedissues. The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless operations and implementing new technologies to meet the evolving needs of our business.

🚀 The Job

  • Network Management:
  • Ensure stable network connectivity across all departments.
    Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Hardware Support:
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other hardware assets.
    Ensure optimal performance and reliability of hardware components.
  • Software Maintenance:
  • Update and troubleshoot company applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Security:
  • Implement and manage firewalls, antivirus programs, and other security protocols.
    Safeguard company assets by proactively identifying and addressing potential security risks.
  • User Support:
  • Assist employees with technology-related issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Vendor Communication:
  • Liaise with hardware and software vendors for procurement and troubleshooting.
  • Zendesk Management:
  • Resolve tickets submitted via Zendesk in a timely and effective manner.
  • New Software Implementation:
  • Assess, test, and roll out new software solutions to meet business needs.

🧠 The requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Background: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving technological landscape.
  • Networkadministration expertise.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency in operating systems.
  • Languages: English Proficiency (C1).
  • Geographic Location: LATAM and European time zone coverage.

  • Experience working with business systems and tools such as Zendesk, Slack, GSuite, etc.
