Your Mission 🚀

We're looking for a Technology Alliances Manager or Senior Manager to join our team and execute our partner strategy as we sit in the sweet spot of upstream (data warehouse, ETL, data transform) and downstream (CRM, Marketing Automation, Service Desks) vendors. We are a huge value add for both of them and we need to build stronger relationships with our most important partners to acquire new users, generate sales pipeline, and drive market awareness.

Your Responsibilities 🗓

  • Think creatively about how we collaborate with existing and new technology partners to inflect growth on the business.

  • Define and execute on product partnerships strategy for our most critical data partners, including hyper-scalers, data warehouses, and ETL applications.

  • Partner with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to influence and develop product and partner strategy, align on business needs, financial impact, and resourcing requirements.

  • Develop a playbook of messaging, enablement, and content assets that speak to how we jointly make customers successful together.

  • Develop clear and compelling joint value propositions for technology partnerships.

Is This You? ⚡️

Here's what our dream candidate looks like:

  • T-shaped individual - You may spike in one or two areas, but you are able to flex across sales, marketing, and product.

  • Technical product expertise - You have worked with a data product or a product used by a technical audience.

  • You have seen success - Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in the partner management or partner sales field and have experience working in a fast-growing startup.

  • Track record generating results - Proven track record meeting pipeline or revenue objectives through partners.

  • Curiosity – Interest in learning and exploring, experimenting, and teaching others

  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – Genuine desire to see other people succeed and help them get there

  • Self-motivation – Desire to work in a startup environment without the structure of big companies

Compensation 💰

$150,000 - $200,000 + variable
