Chariot has proven demand & willingness to pay across nearly every sector within the nonprofit ecosystem for our debut product line, DAFpay. Your job over the next 12-18 months will be to own 2-3 large vertical areas and unlock more volume in those verticals. You will be the first specialized sales lead on the GTM team.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our growing team of 12
- Own end to end sales pipeline from prospecting through signed contract
- Define and execute a targeted account strategy focused on enterprise nonprofits
- Consistently close 4-5 enterprise deals per month - with a typical demo to close is 6-9 months - means an active pipeline of ~50 orgs
- Drive the adoption of DAFpay and upsell new product lines to both new and existing customers
- Serve as the voice of our customers, providing critical feedback to shape our product roadmap
About You
Experience working directly in a sales funnel, identifying Ideal Customers Profiles, stewarding leads through a sales funnel, with clear track record of meeting or exceeding goals

- Listening - You listen deeply to customer wants and needs. You listen between the words for body signals and other cues for deeper understanding.

- Humility - You’re not too good to do anything that needs to get done. You’re constantly trying to learn, get better and grow.
- Organization - You keep your pipeline, work systems and processes well structured
