Job Description
As the first dedicated Partnership team member focused on post-sale partners you will:
Own the full post-sale partner relationship, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
Drive retention, partner health, and revenue growth across Chariot’s partner base
Reduce time-to-value by standardizing onboarding and accelerating early partner impact
Increase adoption of core features and new product releases
Act as the connective tissue between our partners and the Chariot team
About You

High agency and urgency. You want everything to move faster and see problems as your problem
Strong strategic instincts paired with execution
Comfortable owning hard partner conversations and senior stakeholder relationships
Clear, structured communicator who speaks clearly externally and internally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing

De-Risked: Integrated over 85% of the $326B DAF market, onboarded 60,000+ nonprofits, and live with the largest fundraising platforms (GoFundMe, Givebutter, etc.)
Market opportunity: Billion dollar revenue opportunity. Fintech company operating in an untapped $500B market
