Job Description Senior Implementations at Chariot is a systems builder role: you'll design and own how we bring nonprofit partners onto our fast-growing payments product, and how we keep every account running smoothly. You'll lead technical onboarding for new partners, then stay close to the system as it scales — rolling out new features, tracking account health, and building the processes that let the whole portfolio run well without you touching every account by hand. You'll be at the center of partner adoption, technical delivery, and product feedback. This isn't just about getting nonprofits live. It's about learning what's working, identifying what's not, and helping Chariot build a better product.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, execution focused, and product minded. You'll serve as the connective tissue between nonprofits usage and internal product development - making each launch smoother than the one before and every implementation a driver for building a more intuitive product.
