Job DescriptionYou will focus on the day-to-day compliance operations of our first nonprofit identity network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to regulatory excellence and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, nonprofits, and our partner bank.

  • Review and clear escalated compliance onboarding cases and transaction monitoring cases, clearing out every case to get to "inbox zero" each day.
  • Improve efficiency of onboarding and transaction monitoring workflows so nonprofits and payers are verified faster without compromising accuracy. Build systems and processes to handle 1,000 cases per day.
  • Maintain near-zero error rate in compliance casework (onboarding, monitoring, reporting).
  • Reduce compliance customer support resolution time by creating documentation and using AI for clearer solutions that scale.
  • Optimize transaction monitoring processes to flag suspicious activity quickly and escalate appropriately.
  • Deliver compliance trainings and improve team-wide compliance literacy.

  • Experience working in financial (KYC/KYB, BSA/AML transaction monitoring) compliance preferred.
  • Experience with building systems, including basic coding, preferred.
  • Pay Transparency

    Range: $80,000 - $120,000 + Equity Upside.
