The role

We're looking for a trailblazing first GTM hire who can help us shape sales growth, team culture, and the company itself. Ciro is on a journey to building a large, category-defining company. We push and support each other daily to reach excellence. This individual will set the tone for how the GTM team operates at Ciro. If all of this is what you're looking for, read on. You’ll report to Ciro’s President (Ross) and work closely with the entire team given our size.

Responsibilities:

  • One of your first projects will be to help us architect the SDR playbook (and work with us to do the work). This will include cold calling & outreach to prospects, booking demos & hitting quota, documenting learnings, and refining the profile for what a Ciro SDR looks like. With this objective complete, you’ll assist in hiring a fulltime SDR(s) as you move up in responsibility.
  • Work closely with the founders in building the full-cycle sales playbook and defining what GTM excellence at Ciro looks like.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Ciro’s product and our customers so that you can handle objections and speak to the impact Ciro can have.
  • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the GTM organization to the founders

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of prior outbound SDR or AE sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At ease in a fast-paced startup setting
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
