We are looking for someone who will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to expand Clara product usage among customers.
- Plan and execute offline initiatives and activations to delight customers and transform them into brand ambassadors.
- Organize and manage activations and events to support lead generation.
- Analyze customer behavior, segment the audience, and create targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Implement personalized communication strategies at various touchpoints to maximize customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement in our products/services and marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenses and analyze the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Find new opportunities for marketing partnerships.
Our requirements are:
- 6-8 years experience
- Relevant experience (more than 1y) in tech startups
- Experience in lead generation channels
- Experience in delivering highly creative campaigns and activations;
- Experience positioning & creating brands;
- Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills;
- Proven success running integrated brand campaigns;
- Experience in brand architecture and brand positioning frameworks;
- Experience building year-long brand strategies;
- Experience in content marketing and paid ad campaigns across online channels ;
- Balance of analytical and creative thinking;
- Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights;
- Hands-on and able to work independently; does not shy away from taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with fast-paced planning /executions cycles and able to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives;
- Excellent verbal, written, storytelling, and presentation skills;
- High standard of quality and attention to detail;
- Business Fluency in English;
