Responsibilities

CRM & Book of Business Management

  • Optimize sales processes and ensure proper functioning and compliance of said processes in the CRM tool
  • Manage and update the book of business for all sales agents and SDRs in all three countries, and help resolve allocation issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper reporting of performance indicators related to the sales team

Sales Excellence

Manage goal definition and performance management for all sales agents and SDRsContinuously improve on the playbook for prospecting, account closing, and account activation/transition to CSMs and ensure commercial leaders and agents are utilizing best practicesProvide up to date performance results and performance management guidelines with commercial leadersManage the use and improvement of our sales enablement and evaluation tools

  • Define and execute our overall SDR strategy to increase outbound sales productivity

Requirements:

Proficiency in CRM, preferably HubSpot.Experience in BI tools such as Quicksight and Metabase.Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Competent in analyzing sales and operational data.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for customer interactions.
  • Proficient in using software that supports sales activities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven experience in sales operations, experience in outbound SAAS sales preferable
