- Perform chargeback process and management on issuer related tasks
- Reply customer and internal tickets related to day-to-day operations
- Execute invoices movements on clients account to make sure that all the information is being sent correctly to cardholders
- Support our logistics process, monitoring the deliveries of our cards
- Support in the performance of administrative functions, aiming to optimize the operational and procedural aspects of the company
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services/fintech in operations/back office
- Intermediate excel skills
- At least B1 English level
- Prior experience on chargeback activities
- Prior experience on working with credit card industry
