We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who will:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they are happy and engaged.
  • Understand each client’s needs and provide personalized support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to help clients benefit from more of our products.
  • Monitor product usage to spot any issues and recommend solutions to keep clients satisfied.
  • Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
  • Collect feedback from clients to help us improve our products and services.
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions, updates, and account activity, ensuring accurate records and insights for the team.

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience in managing accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferibly with Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.
