We are looking for an Collection Analyst who will:
- Manage the early collection campaign via phone or whatsapp
- Carry out internal collection processes using collection platforms.
- Perform quality audits on the external collection agency.
- Develop recovery strategies for specific delinquency ranges in collaboration with the collection agency and Clara.
- Respond to internal tickets related to the department.
- Manage and monitor platforms used for payment tracking and control.
- Act as a direct communication channel between internal departments and customer service.
Our requirements for this position are:
- At least, 1 year of previous experience in early collection.
- Knowledge and management of portfolio of clients in arrears.
- Management of databases for payment control.
- Knowledge and use of tools such as excel and sql.
