What you'll do
We're looking for a Marketing Associate – Events & Field Activation to drive Clara’s on-the-ground marketing presence in Mexico. In this role, you’ll be the operational force behind our participation in industry events, conferences, trade shows, and localized field activations. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, pipeline generation, and Clara’s market presence.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to craft and deliver memorable brand experiences. This includes handling everything from logistics and vendor negotiations to creative ideation and budget tracking. You’ll also align each initiative with our commercial priorities and ensure every touchpoint reflects Clara’s brand at its best.

Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or brand activations, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment

  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

  • Creative mindset with attention to operational detail

  • Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing functions

  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or fintech

  • Portfolio of successful field activations or events

  • Familiarity with swag production, booth logistics, or third-party vendor ops

  • Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn it

  • Analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python

Clara’s Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
