Senior Product Manager (Gerente Sênior de Produto) - São Paulo (Hybrid)
What you'll do
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives in our banking infrastructure and payments domains, with a strong focus on Pix and regulatory frameworks. You’ll join Clara’s product team to drive forward our mission to help companies in Latin America operate with more control and efficiency.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll:

Define and execute product strategy for critical areas such as Pix, compliance, and reconciliation.

Partner closely with engineering, compliance, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that balance innovation and regulatory requirements.

Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle: from discovery to go-to-market.

Leverage AI capabilities to enhance internal operations and customer-facing features.

Use data to deeply understand customer needs, identify product opportunities, and evaluate outcomes.

Represent the voice of the customer and market, especially in the fast-evolving financial and payments landscape.

Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior product managers on the team.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
-
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or digital banking.

Deep understanding of Pix, BACEN regulations, and core banking operations in Brazil.

Comfortable working with engineers and data scientists—can speak a semi-technical language.

Familiarity with AI tools to automate workflows or enhance product capabilities.

Working proficiency in English and native Portuguese.

Based in São Paulo and available to work in-person a few days a week.

Strong sense of ownership and execution, especially in fast-moving environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to haves

Experience in digital banks, B2B fintechs, or payment institutions operating under Brazilian regulation.

Experience mentoring product managers or contributing to team rituals and culture.

Basic proficiency in Spanish or an interest in learning it.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
