As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining high-quality leads by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and providing local insights for the Colombian market. You will work alongside the global marketing structure and also the local sales and account management teams.


What you will do:

  • Implement and define country-level KPIs and metrics.
  • Have a data-driven approach to growth, optimizing budget to reach acquisition targets.
  • Build a test and learn culture by running multiple experiments, tracking results, extracting insights from data proposing new actions, and defining the next steps.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Organic Marketing.
  • A strong grasp of Online Customer Acquisition, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
  • Organization of high-level networking events for clients and media.
  • Work alongside the sales team in order to drive customer acquisition, by deploying account-based marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the Lifecycle/CRM campaigns to accelerate the adoption funnel.
  • Coordinate invoicing and payments for local vendors.
  • Brief and coordinate local campaigns with the global marketing teams. Ex. Design, content, brand.
  • Develop customer testimonials and obtain customer feedback and competitor insights.
  • Generate marketing campaigns that drive the adoption of different product features, such as our b2b payments solutions.
  • Optimize and keep track of the marketing budget for Colombia.

Requirements for this position are:

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in Startup environment.
  • AI tools experience (chatGPT, N8N, Gemini, among others
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OKR and Project Management methodologies.
  • Proven record of successfully deploying country-level marketing campaigns.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
