We are looking for a Back Office Associate position who will:
- Perform all the chargeback process and management on issuer related tasks
- Reply customer and internal tickets related to day-to-day operations
- Execute invoices movements on clients account to make sure that all the information is being sent correctly to cardholders
- Support in the performance of administrative functions, aiming to optimize the operational and procedural aspects of the company;
Our requirements for this position are:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services/fintech in operations/back office
- Advanced excel skills
- At least B1 English level
Additional Skills & Plus:
- Prior experience on chargeback activities
- Prior experience on working with credit card industry
