About the role:

The primary goal of a People Operations Specialist is to provide support in enhancing the overall efficiency of HR operations, improve employee satisfaction, and support the strategic goals of the organization and people team.

⚒️ Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding and Off-boarding:

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Ensure that onboarding emails and new hire training materials are prepared and shared to new joiners.
  • Manage off-boarding processes to ensure compliance and a positive transition for departing employees.

HR Operations and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure timely updating of all HR trackers.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide support to HR managers by endorsing the said inquiries.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Assist in the payroll process including sending reminders for upcoming payroll.
  • Support compensation management processes, including but not limited to timekeeping, leave management & attendance management.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Support the People Team in implementing engagement strategies and programs.
  • Organize company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities, inclusive of our Annual Summit.
  • Identify relevant suppliers and perform purchasing tasks.

Performance Management:

  • Support the HR Manager in ensuring that the trackers and documents are updated in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Remote Employee on the contract completion.
