The Role
We’re looking for extreme owners, who are borderline obsessed with shipping. The core team is in office shipping 7 days a week. Each engineer ships to prod 5-10 times a day. We care most about quality and *impact* of the work.
We’re hiring for three types of engineers that have either worked with our stack or are willing to learn:
Frontend
Backend
Fullstack
Requirements
5+ years of engineering experience
Previous Senior / Staff level roles at at-scale company
Willing to write code full time (few meetings)
Interview Process
There are two parts to our interview process:
30 minute intro call with our CTO
If we like you, we’ll do a 1-2 week work trial in our SF office where you get to meet our team, ship some stuff and understand our tech stack
