Corgi is an extremely fast growing company out of YC24 batch, and we’re building one of the most aggressive sales orgs in the country from the ground up in the financial district in SF.
This is a rare chance to get in early, flex your sales skills, and see what it takes to scale a high-performing team from 20 to 200. You’ll be surrounded by top performers, coached daily, and pushed to execute at a high level — fast.
What we’re looking for
We’re hiring full-time, in-person people who want a serious career in sales — not a “remote SDR role” with unlimited flexibility. You need to be a fast learner, resilient under pressure, and obsessed with growth. Our best reps show up early, ask for feedback, and figure things out quickly. We want top performers who want to be surrounded and learn what it takes to be the best in a competitive marketplace. If working harden than ever is intimidating to you then this isn't the place for you, but if you value getting better then this is where you should be.
This job is intense but also rewarding. We expect 100+ client contacts a day, follow-up without ego, and the kind of energy that moves the leaderboard. If you want soft onboarding and a 3-month ramp — this isn’t it.
Expectations
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM (in person)
- Saturday required for new hires and AEs
- Sunday optional, suggested if serious about growing within the company
Compensation
- $70-85k base (determined by experience + performance)
- $150k+ OTE
- Consideration for AE promotion track in 3-6 months
