🚀 What You’ll Do

As an Onboarding Specialist at Beagle, you’ll be the first point of contact after a client signs. Your job is to guide them through a seamless onboarding experience that sets them up for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide new property manager clients through the onboarding process
• Schedule and host kickoff calls with clients, collect key operational info
• Configure their account settings and PMS integration (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
• Train clients on how to use Beagle’s platform
• Ensure lease addendums and tenant communications are properly implemented
• Track onboarding progress and communicate timelines with internal teams
• Serve as the client’s main point of contact until handoff to Customer Success
• Identify and solve roadblocks to adoption and escalate technical issues as needed
• Continuously improve onboarding documentation and internal playbooks
