Business is exploding. Sales are outpacing operations, and we need someone who can own this chaos and build a machine.


We're not looking for a support agent. We're looking for someone who treats operations like go-to-market infrastructure. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds processes like a founder, and documents like a maniac. You’ll talk to customers daily, master legacy real estate software no one's ever heard of, and make magic out of mess.

What You’ll Do

  • Own operations for 50+ customers at once - from kickoff call to "live and loving it"
  • Run training calls every day with customers’ ops teams and C-suites
  • Deep dive into messy, outdated systems - and make sense of them fast
  • Write docs, build workflows, track every task and follow-up like your life depends on it
  • Be a customer whisperer. Guide them. Teach them. Push them over the finish line.
  • Work directly with the CEO. Then build and run the operations team yourself.

Who You Are

  • Probably an ex-founder, early startup hire, or ops-minded builder who just gets sh*t done
  • Hyper-organized. You never forget a follow-up or drop a ball
  • Great communicator - with execs, with operators, with engineering
  • Obsessive about systems, workflows, and repeatable processes
  • Knows their way around Google Docs, Notion, Excel
  • No ego. No excuses. You take ownership and make things happen
  • Hungry. As in, working-weekends-is-fun hungry
