About Corgi
We’re building an automated insurance carrier, starting with renter’s insurance. We’re well-funded and opening our first Dallas office. Our primary customers are property managers—everyone from small single‑family shops to large multifamily groups.
This job is in-person in Dallas, full-time. We work 7 days a week.
What you’ll do
- Take customers from signed contract to live and working.
- Meet with existing customers and upsell other products
- Design products, experiences, and solutions to help our team drive growth
- Create and optimize workflows and marketing materials
- Ask happy customers to introduce us to their peers
- Be responsible for each account’s results. Make sure every customer uses the product and becomes profitable; if not, find the cause and fix it.
- Turn repeating issues into features. When several customers hit the same wall, define the feature, help build it, and roll it out to everyone.
What you’ll bring
- Experience running implementations or complex accounts (insurance, fintech, SaaS, or similar).
- Comfortable with data and integrations (CSVs, APIs, test plans).
- Strong organizational habits
- Excellent writing skills
- Steady under pressure and reliable with details.
Compensation
- Base: $100k
- Target total: $180k+
