Growth Associate
About the role
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Associate to work directly alongside our leadership team in a high-agency, high-context role. You'll shadow three senior leaders, absorb how decisions get made, and progressively take ownership of smaller tasks and projects so the founders can focus on the bigger strategic problems facing the business.
This is a rare seat for someone who wants a front-row view of how an early-stage company is built — and who's hungry to operate, not just observe.
What You'll Do
- Shadow three members of the leadership team across day-to-day operations, meetings, and decision-making.
- Take ownership of smaller tasks, projects, and workstreams end-to-end, freeing up founder bandwidth for larger problems.
- Run point on ad-hoc initiatives spanning operations, strategy, hiring, GTM, and internal processes.
- Prepare briefs, analyses, and decision memos to support leadership.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies, then quietly fix them before anyone has to ask.
- Act as a trusted extension of the founders — context-switching constantly and operating with discretion.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment: management consulting, investment banking / PE / VC, or an early-stage startup.
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills, comfortable going from messy problem to clear recommendation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- High agency, low ego, and a bias toward action, you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.
- Genuine interest in startups and building companies from the ground up.
Bonus Points
- Technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or strong technical literacy in SQL and Python, working knowledge of how software gets built).
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
- Side projects, a track record of building things, or anything that shows you make stuff happen outside of a job description.
Why This Role
- Direct mentorship and exposure to three senior operators.
- A clear path to growing into a larger operating, product, or strategy role as you prove yourself.
- The chance to see every part of a company being built and to shape it.
Compensation
- £40,000–£70,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Equity options.
