About the role
Corgi is an AI-enabled, full-stack insurance carrier scaling from $0 to $100M ARR in 7 months. We are rebuilding insurance from the ground up with AI at the core.
We have already closed multiple transactions with a clear mandate. We are now hiring a Head of Partnerships to help us expand across insurance infrastructure. You are stepping into a proven platform with consistent pipeline & momentum.
The Role
You will be set up with a constant pipeline of meetings across TPAs, MGAs, actuarial firms, and any insurance business with a strong thesis. Your job is to evaluate which partnerships are worth pursuing. No committee. No hand holding. Direct ownership.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate a broad pipeline of partnership opportunities across insurance infrastructure
- Structure deals and work with internal teams on leverage and execution
- Negotiate directly with owners and stakeholders to close transactions
- Build and lead partnership strategy across TPAs, MGAs, actuaries, and beyond
Who You Are
- Strong partnerships and business development background with a track record of closing deals
- Comfortable across diverse segments of the insurance stack
- High ownership, execution focused, and willing to travel frequently
- Able to move fast and operate with limited structure
This is a high intensity role with significant travel and direct ownership. You will be on the front lines building this division.
