About the role

Corgi | Chicago, IL, US | Full-time

Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000

About Corgi

Corgi is building an ETF issuer that moves at software speed. We're bringing a growing suite of funds to market across thematic equity, leveraged, buffer, and fixed income strategies— products built for everyone from self-directed traders to financial advisors and institutions. We move fast, ship constantly, and believe fund marketing should be as sharp as the products themselves.

The Role

We're hiring a marketer to help amplify our ETF suite. Working alongside the product development team, you'll drive the marketing engine for the fund lineup including paid media, newsletters, sales collateral, product comparisons, and the deeper materials (full decks, reports, whitepapers) that power institutional conversations.

This is a hands-on production and execution role with real ownership: you'll work directly with marketing, sales, product, investments, and compliance to amplify product messaging across every distribution channel. Your work has to land with two very different audiences— retail investors discovering a leveraged thematic fund on their phone, and an advisor or institutional allocator evaluating a buffer or fixed income product for client portfolios —and you'll know how to speak to each.

What You'll Do

Content & campaigns

· Write and produce recurring newsletters, fund commentary, and launch campaigns for new listings.

· Create compelling messaging for each product family— leveraged and thematic funds for active traders, buffer and income products for advisors —that resonates with its target audience.

· Build product comparison materials that position our funds against the competitive landscape.

Sales enablement & collateral

· Build and maintain the collateral suite that supports the full lifecycle from awareness through purchase: one-pagers, fact-sheet-adjacent materials, pitch decks, and presentations.

· Go deeper when the conversation calls for it using full decks, reports, and long-form materials for institutional and advisor audiences, and help the sales team package and distribute them.

· Keep everything current on a regular cadence as funds launch and markets move.

Media buying & paid distribution

· Plan, buy, and optimize paid media across digital and financial channels: search, social, programmatic, podcasts, financial newsletters, and financial media placements.

· Track spend and performance by channel and fund; reallocate toward what's working.

Cross-functional execution

· Partner with compliance to route materials through review and keep messaging inside SEC/FINRA advertising rules— accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable before anything ships.

· Work with investments and product to translate fund mechanics into clear, honest marketing.

· Establish metrics, measure results, and use them to sharpen campaigns and recommend what to do next.

Who You Are

Required

· Marketing experience with hands-on media buying and campaign execution. We care about what you've shipped, not how many years you've been shipping it.

· A strong writer and deck-builder. You can go from a blank page to a polished presentation, one-pager, or report without a designer holding your hand.

· Proficient with Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint (or able to produce at that level in comparable tools).

· Able to tailor the same product story to both retail and institutional/advisor audiences.

· Comfortable operating in a regulated industry where marketing goes through compliance review.

· A self-starter who can run a broad surface area. This is a generalist role at a fast-moving company, not a narrow specialist seat.

Nice to have

· Financial marketing background and working knowledge of markets.

· Knowledge of the ETF landscape— issuers, product types, how funds get distributed —or the ability to learn it very quickly.

· Experience marketing regulated financial products (ETFs, mutual funds, or fixed income).

· Fluency with AI tools to accelerate drafts and production, paired with the editorial judgment to make sure nothing inaccurate or off-brand ships.
