About the role

About the role

We’re hiring an entry-level Systems Analyst to own the processes that get new customer account data into IOS, Beagle’s internal operations platform, and ready for launch.

You’ll manage the final stage of onboarding: making sure the right information moves through the right steps, system requirements are met, and issues get resolved. You’ll establish and enforce clear workflows and handoff standards for Account Managers, who manage customer relationships, and Onboarding Specialists, who coordinate customer launches.

This role combines systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication. You should enjoy understanding how a process works, identifying where it breaks down, and improving it so accounts move through onboarding consistently and efficiently.

What you’ll do

- Own the workflow that moves customer account data into IOS and gets accounts ready for launch.

- Set and enforce clear requirements and handoff standards for the onboarding team.

- Troubleshoot blockers and coordinate solutions with Account Managers, Onboarding Specialists, and engineering.

- Improve processes, documentation, and automation to reduce manual work and recurring issues.

What we’re looking for

- 0–1 years of experience and a background in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Management Science, or a related field.

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to enforce standards and follow through.

- A process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Comfort using spreadsheets and business software.

Helpful, but not required

- Internship or project experience involving process improvement, business systems, software implementation, or operations.

- Comfortable working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and working to improve processes.

- Exposure to insurance or property management software.

What success looks like

Accounts move through the final stage of onboarding predictably and efficiently. Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists follow clear standards, blockers are resolved promptly, and process improvements reduce manual work and repeat issues.
