AI has changed software development. Security hasn't caught up – until now. Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to secure their AI coding.

Our team has lived at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. Collectively, we've led security at some of the world's largest companies, driven cybersecurity policy efforts in the US government, and published AI research at Stanford. We're growing fast and seeking talented, motivated engineers to join our team.

The role

You'll lead a team of engineers building the systems that power Corridor: full-stack product features, infrastructure, and the AI integrations that make our security tooling work. This is a high-ownership role, as you'll set technical direction, stay close to the code, and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

What we're looking for

  • 6–10 years in engineering with 2–3+ years managing teams; strong background shipping full-stack products with TypeScript, React, and Express.

  • Hands-on experience with systems and infrastructure — Terraform, AWS, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes — and comfortable staying close to the technical work while leading.

  • Experience integrating and productionizing AI systems: — LLMs, agents, code generation, reasoning models, fine-tuning, prompting, and building evals and benchmarks.

  • Someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — sets direction, coaches engineers, and consistently drives measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Build, coach and lead a team of engineers. Define processes, establish engineering practices, and set a high bar for ownership and execution.

  • Ship great product. Drive development of Corridor's core product — full-stack features, infrastructure, and AI integrations that give developers real security superpowers.

  • Own technical direction. Lead system design decisions, translate product goals into engineering roadmaps, and guide engineers through complex technical tradeoffs.

  • Shape the org. Help define what great engineering management looks like at Corridor. Introduce lightweight processes, raise the hiring bar, and build a team culture that compounds.
