Drata is looking for an experienced, B2B Product Marketing Manager to join the company. This person will be a key, cross-functional member of the team and should have experience in product release marketing, and project management. We’re looking for someone who is organized, and can ensure that we are maximizing the potential for each feature release. We pride ourselves on doing more with less, and will look for someone to match (or better yet, exceed) our ability to operate and execute swiftly in the weeds to ensure our releases are executed flawlessly. This role will report to Drata’s Group Product Marketing Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate across business functions to support in the execution of all key releases
• Build out asana projects, release calendar and communication plans alongside the product marketing team
• Own release marketing updates, release communications and overall organizational alignment on the release schedule
• Continuously experiment and iterate to increase product adoption and understand voice of the customer

What you bring:

• 2+ years of product marketing experience
• Experience running projects from start to finish with a project management tool
• Top-notch communicator and follow up skills a must
• Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet swift deadlines

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below.

Tier 1: $117,300 - $144,900

Tier 2: $105,570 - $130,410

Tier 3: $93,840 - $115,920
