About the Role

Ethos is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team and help drive data operations Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. If you have a passion for data analysis, development, and are proficient in technologies like Airflow, Python, and JavaScript, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements. Integrate and analyze data from various sources, such as Segment, Iterable, Salesforce.
  • System Development: Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows using tools like Airflow, Python, and JavaScript. Create automated processes to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks.
  • Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to present actionable insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data validation and data cleansing processes. Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines and systems to improve efficiency and scalability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data pipelines, workflows, and systems for reference and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
  • Experience with data integration tools and platforms, including Airflow
  • Familiarity with Mode or similar data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce/Iterable) is a plus
