We’re looking for an Account Executive Manager to lead and scale our Account Executive team. You’ll manage a team of high-performing AEs, refine our enterprise sales playbook, and help us build a world-class revenue engine. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who’s excited to coach, execute, and build.

About the Role

As an Account Executive Manager, you’ll oversee Feathery’s team of Account Executives, helping them drive pipeline, close deals, and grow our footprint across financial services and beyond. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales to develop sales strategy, improve team performance, and hit ambitious revenue targets.

This is a player-coach role for someone who knows what excellent enterprise sales execution looks like and loves helping others achieve it.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Support full-funnel execution—from deal strategy and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Implement and iterate on sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews
  • Identify and lead Feathery’s presence at high-impact in-person events and conferences—both as an attendee and sponsor
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns and field marketing strategies tied to key industry gatherings
  • Drive excellence in outbound and inbound motion, ensuring consistent messaging and value articulation
  • Partner with Marketing, SDRs, and Sales Ops to ensure AEs are equipped with the right tools, content, and leads
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and long-term customer value
  • Identify and remove blockers, provide ongoing training, and foster a culture of performance and feedback
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, optimize conversion, and inform strategic decisions

About You

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1–2 years managing or mentoring Account Executives
  • Track record of consistently closing complex enterprise deals in the $100k–$500k+ ARR range
  • Passionate about coaching and developing sellers—you get energy from helping others succeed
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology, discovery, and multi-threading best practices
  • Familiarity with the financial services landscape; bonus if you’ve sold into insurance, wealth, or banking
  • Process-oriented and data-driven, with a high bar for execution and clarity
  • Comfortable in ambiguity—startup pace, evolving priorities, and building from zero don't faze you
  • Clear communicator who earns trust with team members, peers, and customers alike
