We’re looking for a Product Marketer to lead the charge in crafting compelling narratives, launching new products, and bringing the voice of the customer into everything we build. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—perfect for someone who loves translating complexity into clarity and driving measurable growth.
About the Role
As a Product Marketer at Feathery, you’ll own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our products. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our solutions resonate with buyers, win competitive deals, and deliver real value.
This is a builder role for a marketer who knows how to dig into customer pain, shape a narrative, and bring it to life across campaigns, content, and collateral.
What You’ll Do
- Define and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our core products and vertical use cases
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches—from narrative to enablement to demand gen
- Develop customer-centric collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, product pages, etc.) that moves deals forward
- Partner with Sales to drive competitive intelligence, objection handling, and talk tracks that resonate in the field
- Own competitive marketing by tracking key players, crafting differentiated messaging, and equipping teams to win competitive deals
- Work closely with Product and Design to influence roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and usage insights
- Own customer research and feedback loops to validate messaging and identify new opportunities
- Ensure internal teams are aligned with the latest product updates, positioning, and GTM priorities
About You
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven success launching products, crafting clear messaging, and enabling go-to-market teams
- Strong storytelling instincts—you can distill technical products into simple, compelling narratives
- Deep empathy for customers and curiosity about how they evaluate and buy software
- Experience supporting sales teams with content, competitive insights, and deal strategy
- Bonus: familiarity with financial services or experience marketing to insurance or wealth orgs
- Bonus: technical experience that allows you to understand the inner workings of Feathery's product
