We are looking for a combined Office Manager and Executive Assistant to own both the strategic and day-to-day operations for our NYC headquarters and manage the calendars of multiple senior executives. This role will report to the Head of People Operations, and is required to be in person Monday-Thursday with the option to work remotely most Fridays.

Office Management Responsibilities will include:

  • Independently managing office operations such as ordering supplies and equipment, supervising office vendors, and working directly with the landlord on maintenance issues
  • Planning and coordinating quality in-person events such as team visits and working sessions, as well as social dinners and company parties
  • Supporting the People and Talent teams in managing key events across the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, and work anniversaries
  • Overseeing the HQ employee experience including managing seating maps, coordinating and setting up daily lunches, organizing key fobs, greeting new hires, and troubleshooting any facilities questions or feedback
  • Owning company swag and employee gifts, including vendor relations, inventory, and logistics
  • Assisting with IT Support responsibilities such as laptop inventory and logistics, AV setup for team meetings, and monitoring the support Slack channel
  • Driving key initiatives, including but not limited to, investigating new office spaces in NYC and coordinating an office move

Executive Assistant Responsibilities will Include:

  • Managing the calendars of 2-3 (primarily remote) senior executives
  • Working with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule meetings
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks to optimize efficiency as needed

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Previous facilities and executive assistant experience, preferably for a fast-moving startup
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented organization systems and effective prioritization abilities
  • An ability to independently manage day-to-day operations, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward
  • A keen eye and proactivity for improving processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing employee experience
  • A desire and ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment
  • Strong personal drive to learn and grow as a professional and contribute to the company’s mission

The salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
