About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and talented Strategy & Operations leader to join the team as we hit our next phase of growth. This role sits in the Office of the CEO and will lead high-impact initiatives across the organization and take on a dynamic set of responsibilities based on the company’s needs.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
- Lead strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team
- Establish and build a center of excellence for all operational teams throughout Garner, including developing company-wide standards, tools, and processes
- Partner with the CEO on high-visibility, business-critical initiatives
- Drive performance improvements by identifying and implementing tech-enabled and process-driven solutions across teams
- Shape trajectory of Strategy & Operations team at Garner
What you will bring to the team:
- 7+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
- Experience directly managing a team of high-performing individuals
- A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
- A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience working in the healthcare industry or on healthcare-related engagements (health systems, payers, or pharmaceutical companies) preferred
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is: $180,000 - $230,000. This position is bonus eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
