Role Overview

Healthy Together is looking for a Sales Engineer to work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate procurement, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business.

What You’ll Do

  • Present Healthy Together technology and solutions to government agency and partner stakeholders
  • Work directly with sales and the customer to demonstrate and communicate the value of the Healthy Together solution through presentations, demos, solution design, and implementation
  • Educate yourself and delve into the ever-changing industry to gain a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the market, including complementary technologies and competitors in the space
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously provide market feedback and suggestions to improve the product as well as marketing efforts

Experience Required

  • 5 years of experience in software delivery and pre-sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional skills at presenting to both technical and executive audiences using prepared presentations or in an impromptu setting
  • Ability to distill complex operations and processes into simplified solutions and articulate it well to others
  • Technically savvy with the ability to understand system interoperability, integration or data sharing points, and potential methods and architectures to provide a solution to customers
  • Experience managing Health and Human Services and/or Medicaid related solutions is a plus
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Experience with G-Suite products
  • Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced work environment
