Position Overview:

We’re looking for a growth marketer to supercharge our community-led growth model to reach new audiences all over the world. The ideal candidate has an organic-first growth mentality with experience operating in a high-volume, global PLG environment. We’re looking for someone who can identify target audiences and build compelling programs to reach them and drive high value signups through content, SEO, social, affiliates, influencers, and paid acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow website traffic and high value signups through organic channels including SEO, content, review sites, and partners
• Manage and coach our organic social team to drive social reach and engagement with our product
• Drive our affiliate and reseller programs
• Work closely with product growth, PMM, and data science to identify and target high lifetime value customer segments and build programs to reach them
• Mange, measure, and optimize our paid acquisition programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience with expertise in high volume global businesses
• Expertise operating in hybrid self-serve (PLG) and sales-led motions
• Experience driving international growth across regions and languages
• Proven track record driving growth without a heavy reliance on paid acquisition
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
