Company Overview:

At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences.

HeyGen thrives in an in-person environment, and currently requires its employees to work in-office four days a week with Wednesdays as the designated WFH day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of customers.
  • Design and run a digital-led 30-day customer onboarding program through live webinars, email nurturing, in-product walkthroughs and more.
  • Craft and run post-onboarding plays like at-scale outreach campaigns to at-risk customers or customer education on new feature development.
  • Create and author content primarily to educate all customers with enterprise plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, support, product and marketing to ensure strong adoption of HeyGen.
  • Serve as our in-house product expert to up-level our customers’ workflows and help them get the most return of investment from HeyGen.
  • Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with HeyGen and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success.
  • Inform and influence our overall growth strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience at a fast growing software company
  • You have a track record of success in your previous roles in Customer Success, Marketing, Ops
  • You've built Customer Success playbooks or processes
  • You have experience in scaled program management
  • Experience of managing a large volume of accounts
  • Familiarity operating in with both self-serve (PLG) and sales-led motions
  • Measures success in business metrics (time to value, NDR, GRR)
  • Compelling communicator in writing, presentations, and public speaking
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
