Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Community Manager to join our team at HeyGen to help build and nurture the growing HeyGen community. In this role, you’ll work with our Community and Education team to create and manage community programs to develop and manage community programs that build meaningful relationships that educate, inspire, and engage our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage community programs across a variety of channels (private and public forums, Discord, etc.) for customers, community advocates, and agency partners
  • Support member recruitment, onboarding, messaging and engagement activities
  • Recruit, enable, and manage customer Ambassador and Agency members
  • Collect and share community insights with the broader HeyGen team
  • Plan and execute global community-focused events, online and offline
  • Lead conversations and build engagement in online forums
  • Report on success of the community program and adjust as needed for continued growth and impact

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in community programs, processes, and/or operations, or adjacent domains such as partner marketing, social media marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create clear and engaging customer-focused content
  • Flexible and open to take on new projects or opportunities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally periodically

Salary Range:
$150,000 - $175,000 annually

HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
