About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on, execution-focused Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale our affiliate channel end-to-end. This is a contract role for a strategic operator who knows how to turn affiliate into a revenue engine — not just manage a program.

You’ll manage Rewardful, activate affiliates, and run a multi-agency process to accelerate acquisition. You’ll build the foundation, test what scales, and drive channel outcomes independently — with support from Growth as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Ownership

  • Manage Rewardful: onboarding, payouts, updates, audits, optimization
  • Activate current HeyGen users into affiliates through scalable campaigns
  • Launch targeted plays to recruit high-quality new affiliates
  • Refine positioning, comms, and incentives for different affiliate segments

Agency Sourcing & Management

  • Source and onboard 2–3 affiliate agencies to run acquisition experiments in parallel
  • Own agency management: scopes, pacing, expectations, communication
  • Develop clear benchmarks to evaluate performance and recommend scale/sunset

Channel Execution & Scaling

  • Build and maintain program infrastructure that supports scale
  • Identify early signals, unblock friction points, and ship fast experiments
  • Collaborate with Growth on prioritization and cross-functional support

Who We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven growth
  • Proven experience building or scaling an affiliate program (SaaS or product-led preferred)
  • Comfortable owning agency relationships, including evaluation and accountability
  • Strong operational range: you can build a plan, execute, and iterate without waiting for direction
  • Experience with Rewardful, PartnerStack, or similar platforms

Contract Details

  • Full-time contractor (40 hours/week)
  • Multi-month engagement with potential to extend
  • Location: Los Angeles preferred (remote OK for the right candidate)
  • Reports to: Growth Marketing Manager
  • Compensation: Based on experience
