Why we’re excited about this role

The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager is at the forefront of our efforts to build and maintain meaningful relationships with Instawork users. You will be a key member of our Product Marketing team, responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that engage our users throughout their entire journey with us—from awareness to advocacy. This is a high impact role that drives key business metrics around activation, retention and monetization. You will do so in partnership with Product, Biz Ops and Account Management teams to delight Instawork users and drive engagement with the platform.

What you’ll do

  • Create memorable lifecycle programs to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across all stages of the lifecycle. This includes onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
  • Design and operationalize impactful marketing programs across email, push and SMS with a high bar for user experience and relentless focus on channel optimization.
  • Have an experimentation mindset to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data to create personalized experiences at scale.
  • Generate and share user insights to inform and optimize lifecycle and product strategy.
  • Own performance of key metrics that measure lifecycle success - activation, engagement, monetization and retention
  • Be a thought partner for Product and Account Management teams. You will work closely with the rest of our GTM teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of email marketing/CRM experience, preferably in lifecycle CRM; 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with Marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Braze, Hubspot
  • Deep expertise in the latest email infrastructure best practices (deliverability, privacy) and growth marketing concepts (incrementality, attribution)
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
