Description
Kinetic is recruiting for an exceptional founding data scientist to scale up Kinetic’s analytics and create the leading experience for highly effective NFT traders. You will work with our CEO to develop Kinetic’s data strategy, build Kinetic’s data infrastructure, manage analytics products’ roadmap, and help build a team to realize these goals.
Qualifications
You have 2-3 years of demonstrated data science leadership experience.
You have expertise in both project management and data science analytics.
You are a self-starter with a founder mentality who is excited by the opportunity to take full ownership of a project and build a data strategy from the ground up.
You lead with empathy and are excited to learn from Kinetic’s users and discover what their needs are.
You are an effective communicator and interface well with cross-organization teams.
Bonus: you’ve previously worked on web3 projects and are familiar with the NFT space.
