The Role
Kodex is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our secure, two-way portal for handling third-party data requests. In this role, you will report to the head of product and collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams to refine and expand the capabilities of our platform, fostering deeper engagement with our diverse customer base—from global government agencies to leading industry companies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution
Define and maintain a strategic product roadmap, aligning with the company’s mission to revolutionize third-party data request management.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility, ensuring efficient resource allocation and high-impact outcomes.
Requirements Definition and Collaboration with Engineering
Translate top customer needs and business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to make informed decisions about design and functionality, balancing technical constraints with user experience and business priorities.
Manage the end-to-end execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Customer-Obsessed Development
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and synthesizing feedback from corporate and government stakeholders to define product enhancements and address pain points.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
Utilize analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, inform prioritization decisions, and iterate on features to meet evolving compliance, security, and operational requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Foster a collaborative, team-first culture by partnering across functions to address challenges, align on objectives, and contribute to strategic company initiatives.
Present product plans, updates, and performance metrics to internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement.
By owning these responsibilities, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Kodex as the trusted leader in secure data request management.
What you bring
5+ years of Product Management experience
Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics
Experience in legal and compliance industry/SAAS products preferred
Strong understanding of software development processes and concepts, systems thinking, analytics, and experiment design
Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them
Experience using data to tell an insightful story
Customer obsessed mindset. You have the ability to take complex product challenges and find elegant solutions for a simple and efficient user experience
Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
The ability to navigate the public & private sector landscapes
