The Role
Kodex is hiring a Threat Intelligence Specialist to support lawful, time-sensitive requests from global law enforcement agencies during GMT hours. You’ll act as a frontline point of contact — managing inbound requests, triaging sensitive casework, and ensuring accurate documentation within our operational framework.
This is a high-trust, mission-driven role that supports public safety at scale. You’ll collaborate with teams across legal, product, and operations, contributing to the systems and workflows that power secure data sharing between companies and global authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management – Triage and respond to incoming law enforcement and legal requests with urgency and accuracy.
Information Analysis – Investigate, validate, and log sensitive data in compliance with internal SOPs and regional laws.
Global Collaboration – Communicate across time zones and legal jurisdictions with clarity and professionalism.
Operational Support – Contribute to our global coverage playbook and knowledge base.
Reporting – Support documentation and intelligence reviews used for audits and internal decision-making.

Prioritization – Manage EMEA-centered workload and assist global operations when capacity allows.
What You Bring
3+ years in operations, research, intelligence, or investigations
Excellent writing and verbal communication
Strong analytical and critical thinking under time pressure
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently across global teams

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) fluency
Nice to have
Experience with legal, law enforcement, or regulatory stakeholders
Familiarity with GDPR or international data governance
Experience in 24/7 or follow-the-sun operations
Fluency in at least one non-English language commonly used in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (including but not limited to French, German, Italian, Polish, Arabic, or Turkish)
