Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of B2B SaaS sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Establish and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition across Mainstreet's suite of back-office solutions
- Build and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks for consistent team performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies
- Forecast sales performance, track key metrics, and report on team progress to executive leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to scale the organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and strategic accounts
- Work closely with product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performance B2B SaaS sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales professionals
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot for sales process management and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience selling to small business owners and understanding their pain points
- Data-driven approach to sales management with strong analytical skills

- Experience in fintech, accounting, or tax services industry
- Background selling business back-office solutions or financial services
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
