About the Role
We're seeking a Product Manager to own and grow Method's lending vertical. You'll drive product strategy for our existing lending products, focusing on optimization, growth, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap and strategy for Method's current lending product suite
Evaluate new market opportunities and assess potential for product expansion with existing and prospective lending customers
Define success metrics and KPIs for lending products, tracking performance against growth, adoption, and profitability targets
Conduct user research and analyze product performance to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure lending products meet regulatory requirements and risk standards
Profiles
5+ years of product management or engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven track record managing customer-facing products from discovery through launch, optimization, and scaling
Background in customer - facing roles, translating customer needs and business requirements into clear engineering initiatives and technical specifications
Experience with consumer lending products
Highly detail-oriented and organized with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in lending, credit, or financial services companies
Experience at high-growth technology companies
Experience with B2B or B2B2C products
The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 based on experience. We also offer an equity package and have a suite of excellent benefits.
