We are looking for a Community Intern to help support the DIVE & Mindset community, which is at the center of everything we do. This role will get a chance to work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Production Teams.


  • Manage inbound customer support including email, social media channels, and Discord
  • Gather user sentiment around Mindset and DIVE Studios by monitoring our social media channels closely, reading comments across social media and YouTube
  • Respond to all reviews in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Help manage our Discord community of 45k+ members, working closely with our Discord Moderators and Engagement Leads to organize important initiatives
  • Help manage and schedule offline community events
  • Partner with the Marketing team on outbound push notification campaigns.
  • Research viral internet trends for the Social Media / Marketing Team
